TERMS OF USE

1. License to Use the Game

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Spinner Sonic on your personal device for non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Game.
• Sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute the Game or its content.
• Circumvent or disable any security or usage control features.
• Use any unauthorized third-party software or cheats.

2. Eligibility

To use Spinner Sonic, you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you're under 18, you must have parental permission.

3. Accounts and Security

Some features may require an account or optional login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our rules or contain false information.

4. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

Spinner Sonic may include virtual coins, items, or unlockables purchasable via real-world currency.

• Virtual items have no real-world value.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.
• You do not own these virtual items; you are granted a limited license.
• We may modify, remove, or update items without liability.

5. Player Conduct and Fair Use

You agree to not:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation tools, or unauthorized mods.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other players.
• Post or share offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
• Manipulate game rankings or abuse mechanics.
• Access the Game using bots, scripts, or scraping tools.

Accounts violating these rules may be banned or restricted permanently.

6. Updates, Changes, and Availability

We may provide updates that install automatically. We reserve the right to:

• Modify gameplay, features, or functionality at any time.
• Shut down the Game (temporarily or permanently) without notice.
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily disrupt access.

We are not liable for any loss from downtime or game changes.

7. Intellectual Property

All Game content (graphics, UI, audio, gameplay systems, code, logos) is owned by Voltislabs or licensed from third parties. You may not use or reproduce any Game content without written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game without prior notice for violations of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, you lose all licenses and access to virtual items.

9. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees regarding:

• Game performance, speed, or uptime
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy of stats or in-game content
• Bug-free or error-free experience

Use of the Game is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voltislabs is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
• Issues caused by third-party software or SDKs

If liability is imposed, it will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 6 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
